Service

For optimum performance of your laser marking and engraving equipment, LASIT ensures fast and efficient service. After a technician has verified what type of laser marker you have, we can offer specific contracts for your needs that will include all ordinary and preventive maintenance operations for the system.
These service visits also serve the purpose of providing information about improving performance (when possible), checking the power and functionality of the laser, and pointing out which parts are subject to wear and need to be replaced so as to reduce any downtime. When the customer signs the maintenance contract, he is also guaranteed software updates to the equipment if he wishes to receive them.
The installation of these updates will take place during preventive maintenance operations or via TeamViewer if requested. The company however, will not provide new hardware.

Samples service

In Lasit have customer care is paramount and this begins by sampling service that we offer. The satisfaction is closely linked to the proper selection of laser, which has to be the most suitable for the application and production needs of the customer. This is why we have provided the sampling room – only to realize tests – with different types of laser sources with wavelengths from 355nm to 10600nm:

We also enriched the laboratory with all the equipment necessary to ensure the customer the result of marking, such as endurance tests in salt spray, passivation, verification of roughness in contact with the system or Laser, read and verify quality DMX. A sector is the completion dedicated to the various types of vision systems. Today Lasit provides the opportunity for all customers to be able to enter our workshop virtually through the WebTV Channel Lasit to assist in real time – through a live streaming camera system – the realization of standards to allow to observe not just the end results (posted immediately after the tests with an attached summary report of the parameters used) but also the laser process. The tests are performed at no charge and without any kind of commitment.
